Refund and Returns Policy
At Eryntal Trading, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a transparent and hassle-free process for returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges on all eligible electronic products purchased through our website. Please review this policy carefully to understand the applicable terms and conditions before making a purchase
Step 1: Raise a Return / Replacement Request
If you receive an incorrect, defective, damaged, or mismatched product, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a request, please contact our customer support team through our website or email with complete order details.
For damaged, missing, or incomplete items, the issue must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
Step 2: Review of Your Request
Our support team will review your request and validate the details.
Please allow up to 2 working days for verification and confirmation.
Step 3: Product Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.
Customers are not required to self-ship the product unless specifically advised by our support team.
Step 4: Product Inspection & Resolution
After the returned product is received at our facility, it will undergo a quality inspection.
Based on the inspection:
- A replacement,
- An exchange, or
- A refund
will be processed subject to product eligibility and stock availability.
Replacement & Exchange Policy
Once replacement or exchange is approved:
- Pickup for the original product will be scheduled.
- After the product passes quality inspection, the replacement or exchanged item will be processed.
If the original product is not available, you may choose:
- A full refund, or
- An exchange for a similar or equivalent product.
Replacement / Exchange Timeline (TAT: 3–5 Days)
Replacement items are dispatched within 2–3 business days after successful quality inspection.
Delivery generally takes 3–5 business days from dispatch.
Returns / Replacements Will NOT Be Accepted If:
We reserve the right to reject return or refund requests if:
- Product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering.
- Original packaging, label, or accessories are missing.
- Request is raised after 7 days of delivery.
- Damage or missing item complaint is raised after 2 days.
- The item is returned in a condition different from when received.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
Refund Process
For Prepaid Orders:
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refund Timeline (TAT: 3–5 Business Days)
- Cancelled Orders: Refund processed within 3–5 business days.
- Returned Orders: Refund processed after pickup and successful inspection.
Partial Returns
For orders containing multiple items:
Each item may be returned individually within 7 days, provided it meets the eligibility conditions.
